“아이들의 꿈, 예술로 피어나다” — 전남 아동복지시설 종합예술제 성황리 개최

전라남도는 1일 장성군 문화예술회관에서 열린 ‘제38회 전남아동복지시설 종합예술제’가 성황리에 개최돼, 도내 아동양육시설 아동들이 한자리에 모여 다양한 예술적 재능을 마음껏 선보였다고 밝혔다.

올해로 38회를 맞은 종합예술제는 전남지역 22개 아동양육시설에서 생활하는 아동 350여 명이 참가한 가운데 백일장, 사생대회, 가창 및 예능대회 등 다채로운 프로그램으로 진행됐다.

단순히 실력을 겨루는 경쟁의 장이 아닌, 아이들이 그동안 갈고닦은 끼와 열정을 무대 위에서 마음껏 펼치는 ‘예술 축제의 한마당’이 됐다.

행사에서는 아동복지 증진에 기여한 유공자에게 전라남도지사 표창이 수여됐으며, 참석자 모두가 따뜻한 격려와 박수로 축제의 의미를 더했다.

유미자 전남도 여성가족정책관은 “전남의 아동양육시설에서 자라는 아이들이 자신의 꿈과 재능을 마음껏 펼칠 수 있도록 지속적인 관심과 지원을 아끼지 않겠다.”고 밝혔다.

전라남도는 앞으로도 아동복지시설 아동들의 건강한 성장을 위해 생활용돈, 수학여행비, 대학입학준비금, 마음토닥 사업, 문화체험, 꿈나무 체육대회 지원 등 실질적 정책을 지속적으로 확대할 계획이다.

이번 종합예술제는 아이들에게 ‘나는 할 수 있다’는 자신감과 예술적 자존감을 심어주는 뜻깊은 무대가 됐으며, 전남도가 아동들의 꿈을 키우는 든든한 동반자로 자리매김하는 계기가 됐다.

“Children’s Dreams Bloom Through Art” — Jeonnam Child Welfare Facilities’ Comprehensive Arts Festival Held Successfully

Jeonnam Province announced that the 38th Jeonnam Child Welfare Facilities Comprehensive Arts Festival, held on the 1st at Jangseong Cultural and Arts Center, was successfully conducted, bringing together children from local child care facilities to showcase a wide range of artistic talents.
Celebrating its 38th edition, the festival featured over 350 children from 22 child care facilities across Jeonnam, participating in essay competitions, drawing contests, singing, and talent shows, among other diverse programs.
Far from being a simple competition of skills, the event served as a celebration of creativity, providing children the opportunity to express their talents and passion on stage freely.
During the festival, the Jeonnam Governor’s Commendation was awarded to individuals who contributed to the promotion of child welfare, while attendees offered warm encouragement and applause, enhancing the festival’s significance.
Yoo Mi-ja, Jeonnam Province Director of Women and Family Policy, stated, “We will continue to provide active support and attention so that children growing up in Jeonnam’s child care facilities can fully realize their dreams and talents.”
Jeonnam Province plans to expand practical support policies to promote the healthy growth of children in welfare facilities, including allowances, school trip expenses, college entrance preparation funds, ‘Heart-to-Heart’ programs, cultural experiences, and the Dream Tree Sports Festival.
This comprehensive arts festival provided children with a meaningful stage to nurture self-confidence and artistic self-esteem, marking Jeonnam Province as a steadfast partner in helping children pursue their dreams.
