전라남도가 지역 농림축수산식품 수출을 선도한 우수 기업을 발굴하기 위해 ‘2025 전남 농림축수산식품 수출탑’ 대상 기업 신청을 오는 11일까지 접수한다고 밝혔다.

‘전남 농림축수산식품 수출탑’은 2024년부터 시행된 시상 제도로, 지역 농수산식품 수출기업의 자긍심을 높이고 전남을 세계에 알린 기업을 격려하는 데 목적이 있다.

신청 대상은 전남에 소재한 농림축수산식품 수출기업으로, 올해 수출 실적이 지난해보다 10% 이상 증가한 기업이다.

시상 규모는 수출액에 따라 억불대, 천만불대, 백만불대, 십만불대 등 약 20개 기업이 선정될 예정이다.

참여를 희망하는 기업은 전남도 수출정보망(www.jexport.or.kr)을 통해 신청할 수 있으며, 접수된 기업은 수출 실적과 공적 사항을 종합 검증 후 11월 말 개최되는 ‘전남 농수산식품 수출기업 전진대회’에서 시상된다.

신현곤 전남도 국제협력관은 “올해 9월까지 전남 농수산식품 수출액은 6억 6천만 달러로 전년 대비 15.3% 증가하는 등 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있다”며, “수출탑 시상을 통해 기업의 노고를 격려하고, 수출 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정책 지원을 지속하겠다”고 밝혔다.

지역 기업의 참여가 곧 전남 농수산식품의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화로 이어지는 만큼, 이번 수출탑 대상 기업 선정은 지역 경제의 중요한 이정표가 될 전망이다.

“Be the Star of Jeonnam’s Agri-Food Exports!” — Nominations Open for Export Tower Awards until Nov. 11
The Jeollanam-do provincial government announced that it is accepting applications for the 2025 Jeonnam Agri-Food Export Tower Awards until November 11, aiming to recognize outstanding companies that have led the region’s agri-food exports.
Launched in 2024, the Jeonnam Agri-Food Export Tower Awards are designed to boost the pride of local agri-food exporters and honor companies that have contributed to promoting Jeonnam’s presence on the global stage.
Eligible applicants include agri-food export companies based in Jeonnam whose export performance this year has increased by more than 10% compared to last year.
Approximately 20 companies will be selected based on their export volume, with awards divided into categories such as over $100 million, $10 million, $1 million, and $100,000 in exports.
Companies wishing to participate can apply through the Jeonnam Export Information Network (www.jexport.or.kr
). Submitted applications will be evaluated based on export performance and achievements, and winners will be honored at the Jeonnam Agri-Food Export Companies Advancement Conference scheduled for late November.
Shin Hyun-gon, Jeonnam’s Director of International Cooperation, said, “As of September this year, Jeonnam’s agri-food exports reached $660 million, up 15.3% from last year, showing steady growth. Through the Export Tower Awards, we aim to acknowledge companies’ efforts and continue policy support to strengthen export competitiveness.”
As participation from local companies directly contributes to enhancing the global competitiveness of Jeonnam’s agri-food industry, the selection of Export Tower Award winners is expected to become a significant milestone for the regional economy.
