전남의 평생학습 현장이 디지털과 AI 기반 역량 강화로 새롭게 도약한다.
전남인재평생교육진흥원(원장 범희승)은 평생학습 관계자의 전문성과 현장 대응 능력을 높이기 위한 ‘2025 전남도 평생학습 관계자 역량강화 교육’ 참가자를 오는 7일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 평생학습 강사, 평생학습 관계자, 장애인 대상 평생학습 강사와 관계자를 대상으로 총 4회에 걸쳐 진행되며, 장소는 전남인재평생교육진흥원, 순천 삼산도서관, 나주 공익활동지원센터 등 도내 주요 교육기관에서 열린다.
교육 과정은 대상별 맞춤형으로 구성됐다. 평생학습 강사 과정에서는 평생교육 트렌드 이해와 챗GPT를 활용한 퍼스널 브랜딩, 디지털 도구 활용 실습이 진행된다.
관계자 과정은 정책 이해와 공모사업 제안서 작성 등 실무 역량을 강화하며, 장애인 평생학습 관계자 과정은 장애인 평생교육 정책, 장애유형별 교수전략, 프로그램 설계 등 현장 적용 중심의 교육으로 운영된다.
교육은 회차별 30명 내외, 총 120명 규모로 진행되며, 강사진으로는 신민선 전 평생교육총연합회장을 비롯한 평생교육 전문가들이 참여해 최신 트렌드와 실질적 노하우를 전수한다.
범희승 원장은 “AI와 디지털 기반 역량 강화를 통해 지역 특성에 맞는 학습 프로그램을 운영하도록 지원하겠다.”며, “앞으로도 평생학습 현장의 전문성 강화를 통해 교육 품질 향상에 힘쓰겠다.”고 밝혔다.

“Jeonnam Lifelong Learning Goes Digital and AI-Driven!” — Talent Lifelong Education Institute Seeks Participants for Capacity-Building Program
Jeonnam’s lifelong learning sector is stepping into a new era with enhanced digital and AI-based capabilities.
The Jeonnam Talent Lifelong Education Institute (Director Beom Hee-seung) announced that it is recruiting participants for the 2025 Jeonnam Lifelong Learning Stakeholders Capacity-Building Program until November 7, aimed at improving the professionalism and on-site response capabilities of lifelong learning practitioners.
The program will be held over four sessions, targeting lifelong learning instructors, stakeholders, and instructors and practitioners serving individuals with disabilities. Sessions will take place at the Jeonnam Talent Lifelong Education Institute, Suncheon Samsan Library, and Naju Public Activity Support Center, among other major educational institutions across the province.
The curriculum is tailored to each group. The course for instructors covers understanding lifelong education trends, personal branding using ChatGPT, and hands-on practice with digital tools.
The stakeholders’ course focuses on policy comprehension and practical skills such as writing proposals for public projects. Meanwhile, the course for practitioners serving people with disabilities emphasizes lifelong learning policies for individuals with disabilities, teaching strategies by disability type, and program design, all geared toward practical on-site application.
Each session will accommodate around 30 participants, with a total of 120 participants across all sessions. The faculty includes former President of the Lifelong Education Association, Shin Min-seon, and other lifelong education experts who will share the latest trends and practical know-how.
Director Beom Hee-seung stated, “By strengthening AI and digital-based capabilities, we aim to support the development of learning programs tailored to local needs,” adding, “We will continue to focus on enhancing the professionalism of lifelong learning practitioners to improve the quality of education.”
